[Solved] Problem with shutting down

My computer shuts down without warning. I've returned it many times to Best Buy but the problem continues. The error message reads:
Blue Screen
OS Version 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3

When I click the tab search for a solution, it appears to begin a search, then it stops to goes to the page with the prompts: restore or open home
