What is best for Q9550 overclocking?

I've used the freezer 7 pro in the past for a Q9450, so our results will be practically the same. I clocked the Q9450 to 3.6 GHz with a core voltage of 1.36V, and the temps under prime95 teetered on 60C, well within spec for these CPU's. It was also very quiet at it's highest RPM setting. I would recommend it to anyone.
