i don't see any compatibility issues. But, i wouldn't use a 1 TB hard drive as my primary drive.
I'd look @ getting a small SSD for the OS and program files, then use the 1 TB drive for everything else.

If you get an aftermarket fan for your CPU (as i always recommend anyways) you'll have some head room to OC it a bit.

Mainly, that video card takes two 6-pin PCIe power cables, and your power supply only has one.

You can basically turn two molex (4-pin) connectors into a 6-pin PCIe connector with an adapter like this, though ... should run you $3 or $4.
