Need low noise

Hello,
Looking for any suggestions on lowest output noise sound cards out these days with either 96k or 192k sample rate. Need it low noise out cuz trying to detect the lowest signal level possible. Any reviews that rate recent cards with this spec would be helpful.

ASUS XONAR lines. and HT omega and auzentech soundcards are quite gd too.

u could also try getting a cheap power conditioner, they work marvellously.
