Build a new pc with..... ..sandy bridge for 800$

Hello guys I have to build a new gaming pc and my budget is only for 800$.i have to build only cpu.
Please give me suggestions i am a non overclocker and must have an intel sandy bridge core i2600 so please suggest me other specs like motherboard,psu,ram, hard disk, cabinet, graphic card if 6950 can come in that budget that would be great bcoz with bios hack i can make it 6970.

Sandybridge isn't out yet. Let's wait until it does before we make the assumption that it's going to be better than the current i7.
