Bsod problems

hi there
well on my pc build i keep getting bsod after about a day of running then every 5 mins after that
it comes up with memory management which is commonly assumed to be the cause
of non- compatible hardware which if that is the case for me i think that it might be ram problems for me so i need your help.
my specs are:
Gigabyte ga-g41m-es2l mother board
4 gb 2x2 gb ddr 2 supertalent 800Mhz PC6400 Desktop MR014 ram
Intel core 2 duo e6550 2.33ghz processor
500w psu
nivida en 8600gt graphics card
1x sata 40 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 HDD

so idk what component is causing the memory management bsod screens but if you could maybe have any suggestions that would be great

thats not the cause of the problem

Chave you checked your installation/memory by running Prime95 (with "Detect Rounding Errors" checked), and monitoring temperatures with CPUID hardware Monitor?

both tests came out with no errors
my ram timings in bios are 5-5-5-18 so i think that should be ok?
im not sure
