HELP! My machine isn't turning on!ss

I took apart, and re-assembled my dell dimension 3000 to check for issues, and now that I put it back together, it won't boot. I can see the green bulb on the mobo showing power from my PSU, but when I push the power button, nothing happens. Please help me, because I am trying to sell it in WORKING condition.

Now, it's booting, but I get an amber light. Is my PSU bad?

Dell OEM PSU's are not so bad. Did you wires of the button's of the cabinet to the mobo?

Just did a quick little search, my MOBO is bad . I'll work something out.
