What kind of issue is this?

I have an acer aspire m5620 system, with a g33t-am motherbord and an a geforce 8600gt card. for oe reason or another, the computer wont start properly with the card inside the system,with no POST beep. It just runs for about 5 seconds, shuts off, and turns on again. Now my question is, what is causing this problem? the graphics card's fan s working fine, and the computer runs fine without the card in the slot.

It's either a graphics card problem, a PSU problem, or a motherboard problem.

What size PSU are you using?
