So I want to underclock my VGA on my laptop, right now sitting at the desktop its lost its mine and is running at 600 (core) and 800 (mem). I have a Mobile 4570 on 7 x64. I tried ATi Tray but it says my current clocks are 13.5Mhz for GPU and RAM and when i try setting it to say 400,400 it doesnt do anything. What other program can I use. (Running cat 10.6)

Edit: closed a web browser now down to 220, 300. But I would like to be able to force lower clocks

Unfortunately my GPU is locked, it fails to set the new clocks, anything else I can try?

As far as I know, the only option would be to flash your vBIOS with one that is unlocked (if you can find your certain vBIOS on the net), so you can change clock speeds, but then there's the risk of bricking your card...
