MY Hard Drive is not Working

I purchased a Transcend Hard Drive last month, i copied my files into it in from my XP windows, but since i connected it to my Mac computer, it has stopped working my XP windows doesn't detect it.

Any assistance will be highly appreciated.

use hirem boot cd and use some of the tools to see if the mac formatted the drive to osx. if is still formatted to ntfs use fix master boot on hirem to fix the master boot record. if that is damaged most hard drive dont show up in windows.
