Hello,
OMG TMI!!I am a beginner and I just wanted to know whether to buy a 10/100 base-T network interface for my internet connection or an integrated 10/100/1000 gig Ethernet connection? Which would give me a faster more stable internet connection using Qwest DSL? This would be for a new tower desktop unit I am purchasing. I already have a laptop(Dell Inspririon 17 in 3 yrs old) with wireless which accesses my Qwest DSL connection just fine. Any input would be helpful. Thanks P.S.(I know what I want on the desktop interms of processor, memory, hard drive, graphics card and optical drive)

More about : ethernet usb speed

10/100 should be fast enough to handle any DSL that I have heard of, so your choice of networking shouldn't affect your internet connection.
