Hello,

In the last week or so I have started having problems connecting to
wireless networks.

Here is the basic setup. Dell Laptop (Inspiron 1150) WLAN NIC Dell
Wireless 1450. The Laptop is part of a domain as is the user account.
Raduis is not being used. Any questions ask.
Wireless is though a Access Point a Netgear WG302 (latest firmware). XP
and server 2003 have all the latest hotfixes and SP's.
All have latest drivers and have not had any recent changes.

This is the story.

I use to boot my computer and it would wait for the network to be
established. This was needed because of roaming profiles and folder
redirection.

At most If i logged into soon the connection wouldn't be made already.
Too soon being I needed to wait 30sec if that.

Now it doesn't matter how long I wait. The connection won't be made
untill I log in. And it can take several minutes. To get the connection.
It does not matter how close I am to the AP.

The big problem is the profile is not being updated files not always
syncrinizeing.

Does anyone have any idea's?

TC
