How do I enable clone mode

Hello,
I am trying to display my desktop on a Promethean Ativeboard and the tech guy at Promethean said I need to enable clone mode. Can you help?

What graphics card do you have? In CCC or nVidia control panel there is a section that lets you control settings for multiple monitors, in there you can set it to display the same on both screens/clone.
