Laptop to Toshiba TV CF20C40

Can anyone guide me as, How to connect a dell Laptop to Toshiba TV CF20C40 to watch movies

That would require a VGA to NTSC converter of some kind. According to the TV manual, all it has is one straight composite video input. Instead try to get a small computer monitor used or new. You can find used ones all day long on your local craigslist. Cheap VGA to NTSC converters usually don't look good at all, and I would highly advise not to go that route. You'd do better at your local Goodwill store. They often have used monitors real cheap. Older TVs like that are just not made to watch videos coming off of computers.
