i am planning on getting the EVGA GTX 460 superclocked, but i fear that my cpu may bottleneck the GPU am i right? or will the combo be an excellent pair?

current system if info is required to help answer my question
Phenom II 940 ( 3.0 ghz stock oc'd to 3.5 ghz)
8 gigs of Pc 6400 ( 900mhz) Gskill gaming RAM
ASUS M4N72-e AM2/AM3 mobo
EVGA GTS 250 1gb superclocked

The Phenom II's are great. My buddy has been putting the x2 550 and now 555BE chips in his build and unlocking the other cores. $100 for a dual core that will unlock to 4, awesome. I think he ran into one so far that had issues after unlocking. They say it is a 9/10 chance now. The new Asus board have a physical switch now to unlock the cores rather than doing it through the BIOS. Gotta love the Value they bring to the table.
