Lower latency worth it?

i found these 3 sets of ram
is it worth paying extra for this

the first one is ddr3 1600 ut has a latency of 7-8-7-24 1.6v and costs £43
the second set is also 1600 but its 9-9-9-24 1.5v cost £29.04
the 3rd set is still 1600 but its 8gb(2x4gb) and its 9-9-9-24 1.5v cost £39.56
i want to know if the first set's lower latency is worth it or is it just better getting the 4/8gb cl9

iam just wondering would the cl7 provide at least 10% performance over the cl9 or would the 8gb cl9 be better for gaming

latencies don't matter for gaming unless they are horrible. more RAM is usually better than more bandwidth which is usually better than lower latencies. If you do a lot of compression as in spending hours every day then faster RAM is justifiable or if you have an AMD fusion proccessor but otherwise it's not as important as sheer capacity. You might get a fraction of a percent better performance. MIGHT, not will.
