What's the difference between GTX 460 and GTX 465?

Just wondering if anyone can explain the difference between a GTX 460 1gb card and a GTX 465 card. Benchmarks all seem very close, prices are very similar as well, just depends on what's on sale.

The 460 1GB out performs the 465 and overclocks a little better. Plus its on a better architecture.

But now the 465 is cheaper, so its just how it should be.

The 465(GF100 chip) is a heavily crippled version of a gtx 480. The 460(GF104 chip) is a fully-functional revision of the 480 (GF100 chip) that simply has weaker hardware to start with (but performs similar to a 465 due to the 465's only partly functional chip).
