Installing windows xp problem with hards drive Tags: Hard Drives Windows XP Seagate Storage poormansdvd January 12, 2013 7:01:26 PM seagate hard drive 500 gb dell computer optiplex i inserted the os disk to start clean install i deleted partition and when i tried to create a new one and install windows xp it would not let me and now i have a raw hard drive i can do anything with been reading about all these partition recovery programs my question is if i can not see it in my other computers manager does it mean that the drive is toast? a step by step help would be appreciated and rewarded. i do have the seagate disk would there anything on that which might help?
