i just want to thank the folks from tomshardware!
ive got a pretty crappy prebuilt system
anthlon ii x2 245 oc to 3.2
300W asus power supply
asus hd 4350 (no fan heat sink only)
seagate barracuda 500gb
4gb ddr2 (2x 2gb) 800 mhz
some kind of micro atx asus motherboard with locked bios

i just upgraded to a 520w antec power supply
and a gigabyte hd 5770 factory overclocked 900/1200
i thought the editors of toms hardware could get a little apprecition for their work
members also helped me a great deal on forums
i think that the monthly best graphics card for the month was a great way for me to decide which was the best graphics card for my budget
reviews from toms were also very helpful
here is a very satisfied member extremely please with his upgrade till now :D
