How to set a HDD to be the default one to boot up?

So I have 2 HDD's, one for windows and the other with a different OS.

How do I set it up so that the HDD with the Windows 7 OS is the one that will boot up by default all the time when turning my PC on?

The other HDD is just an OS that I'd like to just mess around with in, I don't want that to be the main boot up.

So how do I set it up so the windows 7 drive will boot up by default at all times?

And these are both SATA drives as well don't know if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

you have to go into the BIOS and select the boot order. see booklet that came with motherboard or do a google search.
