Is this bad?

I have an intel core i7 950 with an arctic cool freezer 7 rev. 2 in an antec 902 with fans at full
at stock clockspeed it goes up to 88 degres C when i ran a benchmark
A: is this normal
B: what do i do to fix it if it isnt?

Intels Tcase max is 68C but under 80C should be ok so you are a bit warm.

Try re-applying your thermal paste with some AS5, give cpu and heatsink a good clean before with something like Arcticlean. http://www.arcticsilver.com/methods.html
