How do you uninstall the hp printer programs

Hello,
My Officejet 6450 HP printer and scanner stopped working. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. scanner still not working. so I went to control panel to uninstall all compnents of hp but found the core and key stroke related to hp will not uninstall? why? Tina

Try revo uninstaller software. Best thing about it, it removes and clean completely all the data of the software you installed.
