Sub-700 Gaming PC: Good Build?

I put together this build a few minutes ago for $680, $689 with a static wrist strap because I heard I should get one:

1. Anything I should change to get more bang for the buck?

2. This would be my first time building a PC. Can anyone suggest a good (updated, clear, accurate) guide on the internet for building one? I'm sure it could be done without one but I just assume it would make it much easier.
