Building now looking for sales vs Black Friday purchase @ Microcenter

So this is my most important question for my new build. Should I look around for sales now and build as soon as possible (probably after the 18th to see what the ATI cards are about) or wait until Black Friday and purchase all the parts I need at MicroCenter.

What are the pros and the cons, which one should I do

Do you want your system now?
Or do you want to wait for:
1) the sale prices to drop, and
2) for the new ATi cards, which may generate some better prices on the 5XXX series cards?

It's not my money, it's yours.

either way I wait until the 18th for the ATI cards to come out. But other than that, as soon as possible is what I prefer
