QUICK Motherboard Question?

Im installing a X58-USB3 Motherboard to my NZXT phantom Case, and the Phantom case ran out of the screws I was using, which are on the RIGHT of this image: http://img844.imageshack.us/i/img0025w.png/

Can I use the additional different style screws that are on the LEFT in the image? Same length, but different shape??

THANKS

  1. Yes, although you don't even NEED to have all the screws in. Extra suport is never a bad thing, though.
  2. The ones on the right would generally be used on expansion cards to attach the bracket to the case.

I just re-read your original post. Again, the screws on the RIGHT are for expansion card brackets. Do you have enough of the screws on the left to use ONLY those to mount your motherboard? :??:
  4. The screws on the right generally have a coarser thread than the ones you would normally use on your motherboard - if you try using them you may cross thread them into your motherboard risers.
