My computer keeps Hard locking up is Power S to small

This is my computers specs. It keeps chain locking up. I mean complete screen freeze, which can only be fixed by a hard shut off. Happens randomly
and does not seem to be related to any particular
activity. Also does not seem to be due to heat.

Run antispyware, trojan software.
Repair or reinstall Windows.
Run hard disk diagnostics.

Ultra brand is not the greatest power supply. It is sufficient though.
