Asus P8H67-V vs intel dh67cl

I want to build anew pc with following configuration
intel i5-2500k
asus P8H67-V or intel dh67cl
4gb corsair 1333 mhz
i went for 2500k because of the intel hd 3000 but i dont want to overclock. i cannot decide about the motherboard please help me decide which one is better? i have read that asus has a bootup problem so what you people suggest?

Well usually Asus is better than Intel mobo's, but that is just with my experience. If the cost is close I'd opt for the Asus mobo, it's $118 shipped at Newegg.

actually i want to know that is intel good for no overclocking?In pakistan there is about $25-$30 difference between the two
