Hello,
I recently installed a GTX460 graphics card along with a 520W PSU. It worked fine for about an hour, but on a restart the boot-up screens and windows screens are almost unreadable, with flickering lines, random keyboard symbols and colours flashing all over the screen...
I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, removed and replaced the card, etc, but still the same. Is the card simply defective???
any help would be appreciated guys!

As far as I know there is only 1 GTX460 driver at this point. Sounds like you may have a defective card.

Thanks very much for your help gentlemen. The asus "Smart Doctor" also say's "Cannot find graphics card information" on windows startup. We used the driver that came with the card, and then downloaded another driver from the Nvidia website. Same result. The only thing I didn't try was a BIOS update - but the mainboard isn't even 12 months old.
