Is any USB 3.0 SLC flash drive in the market?

Hi!

Is any body know what USB 3.0 Flash drive made of the SLC NAND Flash? :o

I had a lot of USB 3.0 flash drives but made with MLC even TLC, when they use to make bootable system drive(ex:for windows to Go), their endurance sucks. :fou:
