What's your budget?

The 850W PSU is overkill; you could definitely get by with a 650W, or go for a 750W to leave plenty of room for future SLI/overclocking.

For a cooler, I would recommend the Hyper 212, but you don't need one if you're not planning on overclocking.

Also, what case are you using?

1) I would get a cooler that uses a larger fan than 92mm. They run cooler and quieter. Most any will do.

2) Is that GTX460 the 1gb version? I hope so, it is more appropriate for your system and gaming.

3) Corsair850w is a good unit, but the 550 wis fine for a single GTX460, and 650w would be good for sli GTX460.

4) What will you use for a hard drive? I suggest a SSD for your OS and apps, and a much larger conventional drive for storage and backups.
