No board currently running an AMD CPU will run an Intel CPU of any kind.

That is a laptop MB. The CPU might not be removable.
I did a Google search and this is what came up:

http://browse.geekbench.ca/geekbench2/view/199703

It indicates the following:
Model Hewlett-Packard HP Pavilion dv7 Notebook PC Motherboard Quanta 3638
Processor AMD Turion II Dual-Core Mobile M520
Processor ID AuthenticAMD Family 16 Model 6 Stepping 2
Processor Frequency 2.30 GHz Processors 1
Cores 1 Threads 2
L1 Instruction Cache 64.0 KB L1 Data Cache 64.0 KB
L2 Cache 512 KB L3 Cache 0.00 B

Whether that is faster than your current CPU I don't know.

Still no Info if the CPU is user replaceable.
