MSI P67A-GD53 (b3) vs GIGABYTE GA-Z68XP-UD3

as it says in the title please help me, which is better.

I am planning on running crossfire or sli, not decided yet. i have a 2500k and 8gb ram and a sata II 1 tb hard drive, i also have this psu http://www.scan.co.uk/products/750w-psu-antec-truepower-new-tp-750-blue-modular-82-eff-80-plus-bronze-sli-crossfire-eps-12v-quiet-f, is this psu enough for sli or crossife

They're both good. What's the main purpose of your build? Do you need the Z68 features?

IMO - if the 'plan' is to OC the i5-2500K >4.2GHz~4.4GHz+ then neither, and instead look at the ASUS P67/Z68 'Pro' or above e.g. ASUS P8Z68-V PRO or Gigabyte UD5/UD7 or G1.SNIPER2 e.g. GA-Z68XP-UD5.
