You do not need a 5770.. the 5450 will suffice. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] -_-Product

Have you considered the AMD Phenom II x6 Processors? They do much better than the i7 in highly threaded applications :P (Cores > Threads)

4GB Should be fine. (WHAT ARE YOU USING IS PC FOR????)

All else looks ok.

Thnx for reply Mr.pizza

ya thought of AMD for a sec but its no point now - i already got i7 950 wid me.
dont have any ither parts thought.

i use this PC for applications (photoshop, dreamweaver etc), multiple apps at the same time - some heavy duty work sometimes
may be 2 operating systems - wont be installing any games though

could you explain me any difference if i get GPU : 5450 1GB ASUS, to the one i initially wanted - will i see difference when im doing multimedia - like movies - HD content

If you have a 5770 you have the option to do some gaming at some point if you want. For normal work a 5450 is generally plenty, but may not do HD perfectly. There is a 5550 and 5570 that will handle HD fine. There are models with DDR3 and DDR5 RAM. The DDR5 model is better.
