Acer aspire noisy fan

I have just bought an acer aspire 5943G from amazon. As soon as I turned it on for the first time, the fan came on and it was really noisy. It sounded like something was stuck in the fan or something. Is this normal? Are acer's just really noisy?

Sounds like you got a bad laptop. Is the laptop brand new or used?

It is brand new. Now do I send it back to Amazon or to acer its self?
