Hello,

Internet speed is not poptimal: slow with at least 1% packet loss. Is there any way to improve internet/network performance by tweaking something or do I simply revert back to XP Pro??

I've set Windows7 Int TCP global parameters as follows:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Receive-Side Scaling State=Enabled
Chimney Offload State=Automatic
NetDMA State=Enabled
Direct Cache Access (DCA)=Enabled
Receive Window AutoTuning Level= Normal
AdOn Conjestion Control Provider=
CTCP
ECN Capability=Enabled
RFC 1323 Timestamps=Disabled
Perhaps, replacing the D-Link DIR 625 "N" router might help.
I would appreiate recommendtions
or comments
What is your internet provider, your connection speed, and connection type.
