Graphic Card not working on only one MB

I have an issue with Palit 8400GS 256MB PCI-E and MSI 945GCM 478-L.
Those two worked together fine until one day. PC simply couldn't turn on. Coolers starts, then they stop, then they start again. I can't check which boot error occurs since boot speaker is not working. Weird is that GC works with every other MB (compatible), and any other GC works on MB.
I am grateful for any explanation that doesn't involve gremlins.

I tried different PSU, same thing again. Another PSU is same model, but it worked fine with the first one before.

It can the case of overheating too.

PSUs I tried work perfectly fine, even with same GC on another MB, or another GC on same MB.
Only combination that doesn't work is GC and MB in question. No mater which PSU is in question.

Then there seems to be problem with your mobo bro ...as rest of your system is working properly...only getting an new mobo is the choice left with you.....get a nice one ...
