P5N32-E support for PCI Express 2.1 x 16

Hi,

My Asus motherboard supports PCI Express x 16 cards. Does this mean it will support a PCI Express 2.1 x16 video card?

Yes. 2.1 GPU's can only work at the 2.0 x16 rate anyhow.

PCIe 2.0 and PCIe 2.1 are essentially the same thing,and there's no differences in speed. Supposedly, PCIe 2.1 adds for improved compatibly to the forthcoming PCIe 3.0.
