Quad Core....Uneven Load??

Hey is this normal? Im not working the cpu particularly hard, just converting a .avi to dvd format with DVDFlick. The program is utilizing 4 threads for 1 thread per core i imagine? Should it be so uneven? Screenshot at link below...Thanks.

Yeah, it's normal, the load is not normally spread evenly at all.

The only exception I've seen is when I encode video files using the X.264 codec and Handbrake. My Q9450 is pretty much running at 100% performance; 25% per core.
