Intel I7 - 870 (Suggestions for Motherboad, Memory ?)

I recently bought the Intel I7 - 870 CPU.
Any suggestions for Motherboad, Memory ? that fit really well ?

Suggestions for any particular brand ? for motherboard, and memories ?
I saw some posts that if the volt level is not right for memories, it is not good for CPU...

Recommendations would be greatly appreciated !

This is an awesome motherboard if you don't plan on SLi/CrossFire, $70 cheaper too.
