OCZ Ram Configuration...

I've got this ram, and I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that it's only in Single Channel Mode, and its running WAY below 1333MHz. CPU-Z says its DRAM frequency is 668.9MHz, Single Channel. And in the BIOS, It was lower than it should be as well (sorry, have forgotten what exactly now)

So i need help setting it up properly thanks. I need the Frequency and the Single Channel mode fixed.

The frequency is calculated as 668.9 * 2 so its 1337.8 which means its running at the proper frequency (a bit higher but thats normal). To change it from Single to Dual channel you usually just need to switch up the slots where you inserted the RAM. Usually its the first two slots closest to your CPU.


Edit: Might need a Bios change but I don't think so.

oh thanks, I had it in the closest two first but then in a guide I was following (this is my first build ever) they had it furthest away so I just followed it. Thanks.
