I have an antec three hundred case with non-oem fans besides the top fan. My motherboard has one system fan header (or so it says on the manual. biostar mcp6p m2+). I have two 120mm fans and one 140mm fan; all three have 3 female pin connectors. So I have one option of putting one on the motherboard right? What about the other two? I need a daisy molex connector for the other two?

you can get molex to three pin, antec do some, in fact it goes molex to 1x high volt 3pin + 2 x low volt 3pin i.e. fast and slow fan speeds.

Called 4 pin to 3 pin cables :)
(Worth around 1-3$ each)
And you don't lose a 4 pin since its has 1 male and 1 female 4 pin, which will give power to the 3 pin and to the other 4 pin :)
