Blue screen of death

hello there i seem to be getting blue screen of death after a period of time of using my computer then after i get it once i will get it after every 5 minutes.
But then i leave it for a day and it lasts a while before another BSOD

my specs are

Gigabyte ga-g41m-es2l mother board
4 gb 2x2 gb ddr 2 supertalent 800Mhz PC6400 Desktop MR014 ram
Intel core 2 duo e6550 2.33ghz processor
500w psu
nivida en 8600gt graphics card
1x sata 40 GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.7 HDD

and the system signature thing is

with the dump thingys being

so maybe if i could get any suggestions as to what could be wrong?

Going by your description it could be heat related. One or more of the components is not functioning when it gets hot or overheats. A good start is to clean out the internals of your case. If the internals are clean running memtest would be the next step http://www.memtest.org/

thank you i have ordered a new heat sink as the one i had before was the stock and one of the pins was broken so maybe it wasnt providing proper contact. So hopefully that fixes the problem
