CD Drive sata connectors

Extremely noob question here. So the one on the right I have, http://www.pcstats.com/articleimages/200708/LGGSAH62N_sata2.jpg, but is the other connector the power? Because I seem to be missing that.

Just ordered a new CD Drive and SSD and can't get either one to work because i don't have that second cord (or maybe I do I just can't find it)

Anyway is it a part of the PSU or is there something I can buy?

give the name and model of all your parts,the red flat cable is sata the other end plug on the motherboard the colour cale is for power and is from your psu you need the same cables if you want to had components to your system .
