At what price will you choose i5 760 over the new Sandy Bridge?

On boxing day (Canada) I got a bundle of the i5-760 + MSI P55A-G55 for $245. But now all the reviews came out for the new i5-2600K and it's overclocking potential, I m wondering if I made a good buy.
I was planning on using the i5-760 until the prices go down a bit for the high-end 32nm CPUs.

An equivalent LGA 1155 system would have cost you around $100 more, you did fine. Clock that baby up to 3.6 GHz+ and enjoy very similar performance.
