Boot probelm with upgraded motherboard. Help Appreciated!

You need to do a fresh install.

When upgrading motherboards if you change chipset then you have to do a fresh install in order for Windows to work properly.

Your O/S is currently set up for a NVIDIA GeForce chipset (ASRock N68C-S).
If you plug the drive into a Intel Socket 1155 chipset (ASRock Z77 Extreme) it will not work.
