If its still under warranty you can send it in.

If not you will have to either mod your own 80mm or 60mm fan to the heatsink (you'd probably have better cooling anyway), or get a new card.
 
@ Peter_65: Probably not, although you could call the manufacturers support line and see if spares are available.
Simplest way is to do as Helltech suggests and simply mount a case fan of suitable size over the old one. It may be possible to remove the old fan but some are bonded to the heatsink, if that is the case, cut the blades off and sever the wires leading to it first.

i agree, the price to import a new fan, and buying it will cost the same price as a new card!

AGP card fans aren't worth the trouble, better to buy a new AGP Card
