ATI 4670 HD on pci express 1.0 x16

Hi all!
I have m2n asus green motherboard which has pci express 1.0 x16, 1gb ddr2 667mhz ram (planning to add another gb of it maybe on 800mhz), amd athlon 64 x2 4400+ and i wanna replace my nvidia 7300gt with some much better card so i found this ati 4670hd for a good price but it requires pci express 2.0 so i wanna know will it work on my pc with pci express 1.0 x16?

Yes you can,PCI-E 2.0 is backward compatible with PC-E 1.0, just make sure you have an adequate PSU.
