Gaming PC base on Athlon II X3 :D

Hello,I'm going to build a low-end gaming PC base on this combo

I'm not going to OC (only try my luck with unlock the 4th core )
And I chose :
-Biostar A880G+
I only need 2 slots ram,1 slot PCIe x16.Don't need the sata 3,usb 3.
-Sapphire HD 4670 1GB 128-bit DDR3
I'm playing DotA,HoMM V,M&B warband,... with 1024x768 res and satisfied with min FPS >24 at medium setting.
-CM Elite 460W RS-460-PSAR-J3
Total ~ 310$
Other stuffs come from my old PC
All comments or suggestions are appreciated...

Stretch that gfx card to a 5770,4GB ram,
otherwise thats a nice little build man
