Iball front panel audio not working

Hello,My front panel headphone jack as well as mic jack is not working..
What to do.. Its not working from 1st day i have brought my computer. Please suggest me what to do.. I have tried everything there was in Ur site..

Try checking inside the case maybe the wires for the front panel might not be or properly connected on the motherboard.
