Motherboard for HTPC

Forum Motherboards & Memory : Motherboards Motherboard for HTPC

Hey everyone.

I was planning on getting a Silverstone LC10B-E case for a HTPC I wanted to build. However, am very unsure on what motherboard to get. Considering it fits full size motherboards, I would prefer to go down that line.
Something with plenty of SATA points, as well as a HDMI out with Audio.

It is micro atx so it fits in smaller cases.
go for a fanless vga card. that supports dxva or vdaup. The vga card encodes x264 stuff.
